Many of our products are in-stock and ready to ship (or pick up). If we are out of stock, we will custom build your order on-demand. This process can take up to 2 weeks, but is usually faster. We will reach out and let you know the moment your order is ready to ship.

 

On average, it will take between 3-7 business days for delivery within Canada, and between 5-10 days to the United States. If you need a more accurate estimate before placing your order, please contact us.

If you are located outside of Canada, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Most orders below $500 are not subject to duties and taxes, however, you should contact your local customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

We cannot control these fees, and are not responsible for any duties, taxes or tariffs applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional any charges required for customs clearance. Note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages for further inspection, at their sole discretion.

You bet they are.  We spend time sourcing original devices, from their original era.  The only thing that won't be real is a battery (if your remix includes one)...it's very unsafe to put a real battery (full of nasty chemicals) into a permanent design, so we create "dummy" batteries to keep you nice and safe.

Nope! Why? These are original relics, some over 40 years old.  Though we take great care in disassembling and cleaning every component, it's inevitable that there will be wear, scuffs and scratches on the item. Though it's not common, some screens may have cracks in them as well.  This is natural; you spent hundreds (thousands?) of hours playing with your toys, didn't you?
