The dual-core CPU, enhanced Bluetooth 4.2 and newly-added Altimeter were all great behind-the-scenes features. But the real wow-factors came from the introduction of available cellular connectivity, and the ability for Siri to speak back to you through the built-in speaker. WatchOS4 also brought great enhancements like heart-rate notifications and an improved Workout app with HIIT training.
